My role is to create online news stories and press articles, and to use social media, to publicise handball across the country. In this role I work alongside clubs to ensure the fantastic things they’re doing in their local communities are shouted about and celebrated.
I support performance programmes for England Handballand British Handball. This includes handling enquiries, dealing with player/staff accommodation, hall hire, communicating with stakeholders, and parents and players on behalf of the Performance staff. I also provide clerical and administrative support across the AASE Programme delivered by England Handball.
My role is to support the development of the Coaching and Education programme, providing a high-quality financial and administration service, ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of the programmes.

EHA TEAM - South East Regional Delivery Partners Manager
I lead and manage the development of handball in the South East of England to increase participation in the game at all levels. This is achieved through the creation of sustainable, high-quality opportunities and partnerships.
My role is to lead and manage the development of handball in England.
I am responsible for overseeing the management of the England Handball’s relationship with a number of key partners. These include, but are not limited to, the County Sports Partnership Network, British University & College Sport (BUCS), Association of College Sport (AoC), Street Games, and other key organisations across the leisure, education and health sectors.
I also manage a team of Regional Partnership Managers, supporting them to create sustainable, high-quality partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to increase participation in the game at all levels - in line with the England Handball’s strategic plan objectives.

I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of England Handball, ably supported by my fantastic team of staff.
I work closely with the England Handball Board to develop the strategic and operational plans for the organization, always seeking to ensure that we listen to the needs of our key stakeholders and partners.
I am responsible for creating and enhancing handball and personal-development opportunities for players who show the capability to progress into The Great Britain Youth age-group Squads. This happens via two programmes.
The Under-16 Regional Academy Programme: This is currently operational in five regions with opportunities for players to progress onto the Futures development squads where they have the opportunity to access high-quality competitions in Europe.
Diploma in Sporting Excellence: Players aged under-18 can progress through the performance pathway onto the Diploma in Sporting Excellence programme. The programme is centred around holistic development of the player, providing educational and training opportunities that focus on key components of athletic and personal growth.

EHA TEAM - National Competitions and Events Manager
I oversee the running of England Handball competitions across all youth and adult leagues as well as organising the National Cup competitions including aligning the England Handball Calendar at the start of each season.
