AGM Announcement
Please see below an announcement from England Handball CEO David Meli regarding the England Handball Association 2019 AGM.
Following a meeting of the Board of the England Handball Association, I am writing to confirm that the Annual General Meeting of the England Handball Association will take place at 4pm on Saturday 22nd June following a meeting of clubs.
The venue will be Loughborough College, Radmoor Road, Loughborough, LE11 3BT.
Members will receive the Annual Review and Auditors’ reports for the year ending 31 March 2019 and will have the opportunity to raise any questions on these items with the board prior to voting.
Any members wishing to put forward any items of special business to the AGM must have the support of 25% of the membership entitled to vote (16 of 66 clubs) or the Board.
These must be submitted in writing via email to the EHA CEO, David Meli – david.meli@englandhandball.com – by no later than 4pm on Friday 24th May.
