Warrington Wolves remain top of the Boys’ Under-19 North league despite losing their first match of the campaign, against NEM Hawks.
Bucks Bullets and West London Eagles made it four-wins-from-four in the Boys’ South League 1.
Carshalton Titans stay top of the Boys’ South League 2.
Hawks beat Wolves 20-15, bouncing back after earlier losing 23-28 to Nottingham. Wolves won their other match, against Loughborough 26-18 to make it eight victories from nine matches. Nottingham sit in second on 19 points after also beating Olympia Cannock 29-7. They are a point ahead of Shropshire who defeated Loughborough 23-15.
In South League 1 Bucks Bullets beat Poole Phoenix 25-18, while Eagles won 18-6 against Cambridge. Bullets top the league ahead of Eagles on goal difference. Phoenix lost their other match, against Stroud 23-25.
In South League 2 Carshalton Titans recorded a third straight win when they beat Somerset Spartans 20-11, while Bideford forfeited their match against them. Spartans move up to second on eight points, ahead of Chelsea on goal difference, who they beat 22-12. Bideford also foreited their match against Chelsea.
