England Handball Appoints Referee Developers
England Handball has appointed Cesar Castillo and Fernando Lopez as Referee Developers.
The Referee Developers will provide more learning and development opportunities for referees.
Key focus areas of the role are:
- Providing referee observations and feedback for referees operating in the senior and junior leagues/competitions
- Organising referee development through Webex/Informal referee sessions/Conferences.
- Providing a point of contact for referee-specific technical queries.
You may have already seen the developers at England Handball competitions prior to the postponement of handball competition. We hope everyone embraces this exciting adventure. It is really important that referees use the Referee log book to help the referees to reflect, and to be able to look at your other games and provide rounded feedback.
