England Handball launch e-learning platform

England Handball has announced the launch of a new e-learning platform.

England Handball has created the platform with Teruse. The company works with a number of other governing bodies of sport. Their experience will help the development of the platform which will be of real benefit to coaches, referees, members and schools.

The platform will allow England Handball to provide a more blended learning approach to their courses and qualifications. This will enable people to access learning, at their own time and pace.

The first e-learning course to go live will be the Table Officials course. The course has been designed to help people understand the role of the Table Official and help match-day protocol. It is fully online, and is an example of how training can be delivered through this platform. The course will go live in the next couple of weeks and clubs will receive notification when the course is available.

The link to the e-learning platform is on the top red bar of the home page.

England Handball Coaching and Workforce Manager Miriam Beales said: “We are delighted to launch this resource, it is a major step forward in making learning more accessible, especially in our busy lives when time is precious. “We will continue to develop the platform and welcome all feedback.”
