England Handball release details of expanded set of end-of-season awards

England Handball is delighted to release details of an expanded set of end-of-season awards for 2018.  

We are keen to encourage nominations from individuals, clubs and other organisations who feel that they meet the relevant award criteria.  

The detail is set out in the categories and criteria document link below and you are asked to use the associated Nominations Form to put forward your candidates.  

For most of the awards, nominations will be assessed by a small panel. The panel will be made up of a mix of handball and independent members. The winners will be announced at the club conference on 24 June.  

Please note that nominations must be received by no later than Sunday 27 May in order to be considered.  

England Handball CEO, David Meli said: “We recognise the importance of clubs, coaches and other volunteers in supporting the delivery of handball across the country and we are keen to acknowledge their efforts.  

“We’re sure that there are many worthy candidates across all the categories and we look forward to receiving their nominations in the coming weeks.  

“If you know a deserving club or individual, please ensure you put them forward to get the recognition they deserve.”
