Girl's Under-19 Competition: Defending champions Stroud bidding to keep perfect record

The third round of matches in the Girl’s Under-19 competition take place this weekend. Stoke Mandeville is the venue for the Girl’s South League on Sunday.

The action gets underway at 10.00 when defending champions Stroud play West London Eagles, and Essex take on Poole Phoenix. Leaders Bideford Blacks face third-place Medway Falcons at 12.00. Stroud, who have won their opening two matches, are in action again at that time when they take on Cambridge. Poole meet Cambridge at 14.00, while Bideford play Essex. The day’s matches are rounded off at 16.00 when Stroud play their third game of the day, against Falcons.

Also on Sunday, the North League takes place at the Northgate Arena in Chester. Peninsula face Nottingham at 10.30. Nottingham play again at 12.30, against Warrington Wolves. At 14.30 league leaders Shropshire take on Olympia Cannock in third. The day’s action concludes when second-place NEM Hawks face Trafford.
