Girls' under-18's Super-4s: Cannock and GD eyeing number 1 seed

Birchwood is the venue of the final round of Super-4 matches in the girls’ under-18 competition on Sunday.

Olympia Cannock and Hackney, who are both unbeaten, will play each other to determine who the number-1 seed will be in the play-offs.   The winners will play the losers of the match between Warrington and Peninsula, and vice versa. Who will make the finals at Powerleague Trafford on 13 May will be hard to call. Hackney have a 100% record. However, Cannock have only dropped one point, against Warrington Wolves, who in turn have lost to Peninsula.

Super-4 top goal scorers

  1. Kenya Castro Hackney GD 19
  2. Athalia Ibanga Cannock 14
  3. Aroa Casia Castro Hackney GD 12

In the Championship at Stoke Mandeville the final will be between Poole Phoenix and Somerset after NEM Hawks, Deva and Stroud dropped out.
