Men's National Cup: 2019 finalists Cambridge reward for Sharks after 1st-round win

Coventry Sharks will face 2019 finalists Cambridge in the second round of the England Handball Men’s National Cup after beating perennial giantkillers Oxford University.

Islington and Northampton also booked their places in the second round with wins against Chelsea II and London GD II, respectively.

Sharks will have gone into the match knowing Oxford’s recent record for knocking out teams in leagues above them in the cup.
