Men's National Cup: two games to decide round of 16

Bristol has a team in both the two matches in the men’s National Cup this weekend, to decide who will go through to the round of 16.

First up is Bristol Spartans, the club’s second team, who will play Carshalton Titans. Spartans play in the Regional League south West, and Titans play in the National League South. Whoever wins here will face Premier Handball League club Brighton Seahawks in the next round of the National Cup.

The second match will pit Bristol’s first team against University of Loughborough. It’s a battle of north versus south. The students play in the National League north, and Bristol are currently top of National League South.

The victor will go forward to play West London Eagles in the round of 16.

Both matches will be played in Westfield Academy, Yeovil, with throw-off for Spartans versus Titans at 12.15, and Bristol versus Loughborough at 14.15.

The round of 16 will be played on the weekend of 8/9 December.
