Men's Premier Handball League: Cambridge win against Liverpool

Cambridge grabbed their second win of the season with a 34-28 win against Liverpool.

Cambridge fought back from a goal down at half time to claim maximum points after trailing 16-17 at the break.

Dario Zanghirati top scored for Cambridge with seven gals, while Florian Stroehl and Alejandro Garcia Costa both beat the keeper five times. Ahmed Alqallaf was on target five times for Liverpool and Mohammed Alhendal scored five.

Cambridge lie in third in the table with two wins from three matches. Promoted Liverpool, still searching for their first win of the campaign, are in seventh place.
