Men's Premier Handball League: Olympia move to second in the table

Brighton Seahawks are still searching for their inaugural Premier Handball League win after defeat against Olympia.

The Sussex side were just two points behind at half-time, trailing 11-13. But in the second half the Londoners stretched their lead to win 20-30.

Bartosz Cholewa netted eight times for Olympia. Woiceich  Jarzynski top-scored for Brighton, with five.

This result moves Olympia up to second in the table, level on points with Warrington Wolves in third. They have a five-goal advantage over the Northerners on goal difference. London GD remain top of the table, just one point ahead of second and third; and NEM Hawks are fourth - one point behind Wolves.

The Premier Handball League resumes on the 12/13 January with half the teams in action. This enthralling season continues with just eleven points separating the top of the table from the bottom. No team is unbeaten, and the top four teams are all within two points of each other.
