Men's Super-8: Hawks bidding to go clear at top

NEM Hawks host West London Eagles in Men’s Super-8 on Sunday bidding to open up the three-point gap at the top of the table.

A busy weekend sees Hawks take on Eagles at Powerleague Trafford a day after their cup match against Brighton. They sit behind leaders Warrington Wolves on goal difference. With Wolves not in league action they know victory would see them go clear at the summit, although they will have played two matches more. Hawks go into the match buoyed after returning to winning ways against defending champions London GD last weekend, after defeat to Olympia previously.

Eagles have been in mixed form of late with two wins and two defeats in their last four matches, including a single-goal defeat against Olympia last week. Throw-off is 12.30.

In a great double bill the Women’s Super-7 match between the two sides throws off at 14.30.

Get down to the match and watch the most exciting, high scoring, action packed, contact, team sport that can be played anywhere by anyone.
