MJM Sports deal benefitting clubs

Carshalton Titans Handball Club is benefitting from the agreement between England Handball and MJM Sports.

Under the deal England Handball members benefit from a 40% discount on Kappa handball clothing, and up to a 30% price reduction on Kempa handballs.

Titans have made a saving of just over £250 when they spent £1080. That amount included VAT and decoration but still represented a discount of 25%.  The club has just ordered another kit for £199 – on which they will make a £25 saving.

Titans have also indicated they are going to spend around £280 on Kempa training balls. Under the deal, they would make another £120 saving.

If these discounts were translated across the 100 clubs registered with England Handball it would equate to £27,000 saved. If expanded to per each of the approximate 220 teams it represents £60,000 of real savings.

Titans have been delighted with the service they have received from MJM. Head Coach Thomas Andersen said: “They have been brilliant in regards to the quotes - it came in very quickly, a preview of the design and gave the possibility to change, accept or decline. The quality of the printing is superb, and the quality of the kit is as expected.

“A great company to deal with, always very helpful and friendly to suit our needs.

“This discounted price has also made it possible for us to order an extra set of 12 kits for our youth players that we are putting through in August.”
