Rushcliffe lift girl's under-13s Schools title
Rushcliffe Academy were crowned girl’s Under-13 England Handball National Schools Champions after beating Bexleyheath Academy in the final.
Rushcliffe, from Nottingham, ran out 4-0 winners against the London side at the Worcester Arena.
Rushcliffe and Bexleyheath booked their place in the final after finishing the round-robin stage in first and second positions respectively.
Sale Grammar School won bronze after beating Rainham Mark 2-1 in a thrilling 3rd/4th play-off that went to overtime.
