Women's Super-7: Cambridge beat Hawks

Cambridge women grabbed their first win of the season in Super-7 with a 33-31 victory against NEM Hawks.

Hawks, travelled to the Capital for their first match of the season, but came up just short against the newly promoted side. The win sees Cambridge lie in second spot, although they’ve played a match more than Olympia above them and West London Eagles directly below them.

West London Eagles Capital-City derby against London GD at Leyton had to be postponed because of a leak at the venue.
